WASHINGTON WINE FEATURES

Limited-Time Only
March 1 – 31

To feature this great state of ours, we are excited to share two fantastic vintages that represent what Washington wine is all about; an industry pioneer and the next generation. Both wines below are available by the glass and bottle during the entire month of March. Join us for dinner and enjoy while you can!

2018 Longshadow’s Chester Kidder – Pay homage to an industry pioneer and classic Washington Wine. Founder Allen Soup named this wine in honor of his mother, Elizabeth Chester, and his grandmother, Maggie Kidder. He selected Long Shadow’s Director of Winemaking, Gilles Nicault, to craft this New World blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and other classic Bordeaux varieties. A beautifully dark and concentrated wine with gorgeous aromatics. The mouthfeel is soft and lush on entry with sweet spice that becomes rich on the wine’s mid-palate. Fresh fig and ripe plum flavors are interwoven with notes of graphite and an alluring earthiness. A structured, solid wine with a silky, textured mouthfeel and a flavorful, vibrant finish.

2022 Upsidedown Wine, Carbonic Macerated Mourvèdre – Experience something new and unique that represents where the next generation of Washington wines are headed. Seth and Audrey Kizke founded this exciting winery, and our team is thrilled to showcase their new release. It’s a vibrant, natural wine meant to be consumed in its youth due to the carbonic maceration. You’ll experience a marvelous texture and mouthfeel with notes of bright red fruit flavors.
