The Met is one of only four steakhouses in the country currently offering the Black Hawk Striploin. The beef is marinated in our proprietary Metropolitan Grill Woodford Reserve Bourbon for 10 days, then dry-aged for another 20 days, resulting in delicate vanilla and caramel flavors that balance the smoky notes from our mesquite grill.
